We're currently integrating Simpro with another system and would like to provide users with a clickable link that opens a specific Job directly in Simpro.

We have noticed that when navigating within Simpro, URLs contain parameters such as jobID, for example:

editCostCentre.php?jobID=66592...

Could you please confirm:

Does Simpro support direct links (deep links) to records such as Jobs, Quotes, Customers, or Sites?
Is there a documented URL format for opening a specific Job using its Job ID?

Hi,
Yes, Simpro supports opening a record directly by ID if the user has signed in to Simpro in that browser
On your build (https://{yourbuild}.simprosuite.com) the formats are:
Job: /staff/editProject.php?jobID={JobID}
Quote: /staff/editProject.php?quoteID={QuoteID}
Customer: /staff/customer.php?uID={CustomerID}
Site: /staff/location.php?locationID={SiteID}

Best Regards
