Hi Team,
We’ve identified a potential issue with Simpro Automations and webhook triggering around invoice status updates.
Currently, the automation is configured to update the invoice status when the invoice email is sent. However, based on our testing, Simpro only sends the webhook event when the status is updated manually.
When the status is updated automatically via the email-sent automation, no webhook is triggered.
Could you please confirm whether this is expected behaviour, or if it is a known bug? Any guidance or fix would be greatly appreciated.

This is an interesting use case you raise here, and currently it is expected that only the manual updates will update the webhook. I have raised this with my product manager who you can reach to here: [email protected]
