Retrieve a list of schedules for multiple jobs

Post by iconone » Tue Oct 28, 2025 7:23 am

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to retrieve schedules for multiple jobs with a single API call?

I'm trying the in() operator on the Reference field, which returns a blank array.

e.g. /api/v1.0/companies/0/schedules/?Type=job&Reference=in(1234-4568,1111-2222).

Are there other options to try retrieve schedules for multiple jobs without multiple API calls?

I know I can do:
/api/v1.0/companies/0/schedules/?Type=job&Reference=1234-4568
/api/v1.0/companies/0/schedules/?Type=job&Reference=1111-2222

However, there can be at times, a large number of jobs.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Unfortunately the reference field for schedules is not supported for the in query parameter. I would suggest using an alternative such as the ID of the schedule. If you would like to request this as a potential feature request, you can do so here - https://helpguide.simprogroup.com/Conte ... portal.htm

It would be very handy to query the schedules object with IN and the IDs. How does one obtain the schedule IDs on the quote or quote cost centre in order to plumb them through to the schedule? Alternatively, can the reference field be changed on schedules to support the IN parameter? It seems like this is a well requested API call that is currently lacking.

Hi there,

If you want to retrieve scheduleIDs on a quote or job cost center, you can use the following endpoints:

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/quotes/{quoteID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/schedules/

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/schedules/

I will highlight your request to our product manager, as I do recognise the value in having the reference field supported by the IN parameter and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thanks,
