In the Simpro UI, under Rates > General, there is a toggle to enable Site Specific Rates.
I've tried adding rates to my site via the API, using this in the body:
Code: Select all
{
"Rates": {
"ServiceFee": 527
}
}
However I get:
Code: Select all
"errors": [
{
"path": null,
"message": "Rates are not enabled",
"value": null
}
]
Is it possible to enable rates via the API?

Hi John,
You are updating the rates correctly if site specific rates are enabled on the site. However, the functionality to enable this is not available through the API and must be done through Simpro Premium.
If this is something you would like to see added please raise this as a suggestion in our product portal which can be found when logged in to Simpro.
