SimPRO API is returning wrong Job card information

SimPRO API is returning wrong Job card information

Hi team,

I'm writing on behalf of https://dongaramarine.simprosuite.com

We have an issue where the simPRO API is not returning the correct Job card information. I'm posting the details below:

This an employee's times between 8-10 July

You can see there are two blocks of time that have come in the schedule.

However when we look at the actuals in the job card it only shows the one entry.

I am checking the job card for the second half of the day.

You can see in actuals it only shows one entry when it should infact show two entries.

I used Postman to review the API and here are the results:

API request 1 - https://dongaramarine.simprosuite.com/a ... Orders/391

This is showing only one Job card entry.

This is showing us that there are 2 entries.

Can you help us understand what is wrong here? Why are the Job card entries missing from the interface and from API request 1?
