Webooks not including secret in header

Forum rules

Webooks not including secret in header

UserError: (u"simPRO webhook call 'job' rejected. Security hash mismatch. simPRO signature: 'None'. FRN signature '3cb24a1ad3d3b4796986576f17d8xxxxxxxxxxxx'. Webhook secret: 'a16f8f30928f4546bcc1c2bxxxxxxxxxx'.", None)

Problem began at 14:50 for one connecting customer and now since 16:13 is affecting all of them.

Can someone help?

This problem is still happening. We are unable to process webhooks without the Secret being included in the header. This continues to affect thousands or webhooks an hour.

Can someone let me know what is going on and if the problem is being addressed?
