Hi everyone,
I'm getting an error when trying to create/update a customer in simPRO for the address fields.
I'm parsing the below into the post/patch request:
Code: Select all
{"CompanyName":"A1CRM - sandbox","EIN":"123123123","Phone":"0412123123","AltPhone":"0412535535","Email":"[email protected]","BillingAddress":{"Address":"123 Example St","City":"Brisbane","State":"QLD","PostalCode":"4122","Country":"AUS"}}
I'm getting the following error message:
Code: Select all
{"errors":[{"path":"/BillingAddress","message":"This API Column does not allow PATCH requests.","value":"{\"Address\":\"123 Example St\",\"City\":\"Brisbane\",\"State\":\"QLD\",\"PostalCode\":\"4122\",\"Country\":\"AUS\"}"}]}
Please help

Hi Blake A1CRM,
Do you mind providing the full error details via private message with screenshots?
I could not replicate the error you are having, could you try testing on Postman and see if you're still getting the same error?
Thank you!
