HELP: Can SimPRO integrate with servicechannel.com

Post by mpurcell » Thu Feb 29, 2024 9:34 pm

We are going to be working with service providers that require work orders to be received and communicated on their program by our technicians. We would prefer that Service Channel® talks to SimPRO® and vice versa.

I NEED someone to tell my how we would get the integration ASAP?
Is this communication even possible?

Please see the LINK [url]https://servicechannel.atlassian.net/wi ... ntegration

It would be in lieu of using their scheduling software and ours at the same time.

PLEASE HELP ANSWER MY QUESTIONS todays date 2-29-24 Image

Hi,

If you have simpro build and wants to enable API access you will be able to do that if you are admin user. Please follow the steps mentioned in the documentation.
https://developer.simprogroup.com/apido ... 721505c158

But if you want to become a Simpro Partner to work with simpro clients as integration partner please find details mentioned here in documentation

Please let me know if you have any questions

This might be a bit late on this thread, but konexall (https://konexall.com) has this type of an integration.
