Don't shoot me if this is the wrong place, your support department said you are handling all BI issues as well now...
using BI i'm running a query selecting from asset service levels as:
select * from simpro_asset_service_levels where asset_id=
This is returning me a Next Service Date of 30 September 2025.
If I look at that asset in simPRO OR via the API I am told its 28th June 2024 (and maintenance planner is relying on this date).
is there a reason that the BI tool doesn't return the data as I expect?

Re: Business Intelligence errors
Hi alphagareth
our BI product is supported as part of the Simpro Premium application itself so I have contacted our Support team and requested that they handle your enquiry accordingly. They should reach out to you soon.
Regards
Nigel
