Good Evening,
I notice that when I look up a schedule at the following endpoint the "notes" property isn't returned:
Code: Select all
https://elecdata.simprosuite.com/api/v1.0/companies/#/schedules/#####
However, when I look it up at the following endpoint, it is returned:
Code: Select all
https://elecdata.simprosuite.com/api/v1.0/companies/#/jobs/####/sections/####/costCenters/####/schedules/#####
I would like to be able to look up a specific schedule based on the notes... for example, if the notes property contains a specific schedule id that's from an integration with another app.
Would that be possible?
Thanks.

Hi bgur,
I will look at the notes field and how it's being used and if we can display it on both endpoints. Please be aware that we can not give any timelines for updates like this.
To solve your problem with the existing endpoints. Can you use work orders instead? They have a field "DescriptionNotes" and "MaterialsNotes" that can be updated on the cost centre work order endpoint.
Code: Select all
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/workOrders/
You can then search for these values in the jobWorkOrder endpoint like this:
Code: Select all
/jobWorkOrders/?DescriptionNotes=1234
The work orders also have custom fields that might be useful for the kind of ID you mention.
