Webhook Delays

Forum rules
  • Check the documentation first. Before posting questions, please check the documentation to ensure it doesn't already cover what you need.
  • No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.

Webhook Delays

Hello Sindre

We are experiencing Webhook delays again - see the post from may 25th. Not quite so bad this time - delays are currently at 55 mins - at 7:30 they were at 66 mins.

Can you let us know what is going on?

It is back to normal Sindre. Thanks.

This has happened twice in the last couple of weeks. I will add monitoring on our end to catch it before our customers notice. Can you tell me if this is the right place to report it, or if there is a phone number I can ring?

There seem to be significant webhook delivery delays again this morning.

Webhook delays are at 49 minutes. They started slowing down about 8am. Can you resolve?

61 minutes. Based on experience it will keep climbing until someone does something. Can someone please fix? Sindre?

The webhook queues should be back to normal within 30 minutes.
