Multiple 'Created' webhooks.

I have a SharePoint workflow that adds/ updates data when a job is created or modified. It seems I am sometimes receiving multiple 'created' webhooks. I have added condition in to prevent double ups, though is there a reason for this?

Hi Carl,
The create job webhook should only be triggered once if you only do one POST request.
If you add more cost centers or similar it will trigger the job updated webhook.

Depending on your subscriptions it might also trigger a separate webhook for job status.

I don't know how Sharepoint could affect the flow or if it does several actions to create a job.

I'm experiencing a similar behavior. I created a web hook which triggers every time an invoice status is updated. I have a test invoice which I unlock and change the status on for the test. Every time I change the status, I get two responses from simPro which causes my logic to run twice therefore doubling the data I'm trying to capture which is definitely an unwanted behavior. How do I prevent that? Thank you.

Are you doing the invoice changes in Simpro or in the API?

Could you please send me a private message with the two different webhooks you receive when updating the invoice status and a short step by step description on your process so we can investigate and try to reproduce this.

Hi Sindre,

The webhook triggers when a job is created or updated, however the action 'created' is being sent twice within a couple of seconds.

FYI a webhook is being sent twice for nearly every job now.

Just adding we are seeing the same issue with multiple webhooks fired for job status updates.
