Forum rules

Hi all,

We have customers in AU that are having the same issue. No Webhooks getting transferred on trigger or even on test.

We have tried across our US and UK customers and they do not seem to have an issue.

Our own AU Based simPRO Dev accounts under syncezy.simprosuite.com are experiencing issues.

Aus Electrical Industries also do not trigger activations of any web hooks.

IF the API support team can reach out to me directly, I will be able to provide a detailed list of our customers that are experiencing issues.

Hi,
We are aware of the problems with webhooks and are investigation why it's currently not working for all builds.

I have seen some of the webhooks starting to come through now.
