I couldn't reproduce the issue on your build with provided endpoint.

Please send me the full endpoint including complete query parameters with request headers (format of the date) in a private message.

Hi following is a postman export for the endpoint test. I removed Token. We have another client running the same request which does not have problem.

Hi Alantod17,

The response seems correct on your last post, but it return empty record as the if-Modified-Since date is newer than all records, We have duplicated your build and set if-Modified-Since as "Wed, 3 May 2021 00:00:00 GMT", it return 65 records

/*** Response Header ***/
access-control-allow-origin: *
content-type: application/json;charset=utf-8
access-control-allow-headers: *
resource-base-uri: /api/v1.0/companies/0/vendorOrders/
result-total: 65
result-pages: 1
result-count: 65
x-response-time: 2235.999ms
content-length: 25193
date: Thu, 06 May 2021 01:00:45 GMT
server: lighttpd

/*** Request Header ***/
Authorization: Bearer xxx
Content-Type: application/json
If-Modified-Since: Wed, 3 May 2021 00:00:00 GMT

Hi. I tried with the header you have still not working and "Wed, 3 May 2021 00:00:00 GMT" is not even validte date. 3rd May is Mon. and 500 should not be the code returned when the result set is empty.
I also made a video to demo the problem. pls help

Hi all,

Thanks Alantod17 for raising this issue. To piggy back off this thread, we are encountering the exact same issue.

What seems to be the issue based on our testing is that the error is caused when the If-Modified-Since header is supplied with the request. When omitted, data seems to be returned OK. We have confirmed that we are using the correct syntax for the header, so that is not the problem.

Are we able to get an ETA on when this might be addressed? It's obviously not ideal to have to query the whole data set for each endpoint which it's looking like we might have to do until the issue is resolved.
