Simpro API does not work!

I have tried to connect to the Simpro API

https://hickorygroup.simprosuite.com/api

I have created an API application within SimPro setup.

I have tried using both API Key and Resource Owner Credentials as Grant Types.

I am currently using Postman to connect to this API and no matter what I do to provide the required keys and parameters the connection does not take place.

It keeps coming up with error

401 Unauthorized

Can someone please assist asap.

This is a quick example of using API Key, please make sure that your URL is starting from https://hickorygroup.simprosuite.com/api/v1.0/ (and replace your own API key ):

I have tried this previously and I get an error as below:

That looks better now, maybe you can try this URL:

to see if you are getting a list of customers.

with data in them
