Error while refreshing access token

Hey I'm using the following code block to fetch the refresh token for build https://spectrum.simprosuite.com

We integrated with this build and saved the first set of token (access and refresh) on 1/04/2022.

On 04/04/2022 we tried to fetch a new set of tokens but we were not able to do so because of invalid refresh token error.

As per api docs the refresh token should be valid for 14 days.


Not sure what is going on here. This code block works fine with other builds though.

I am having issues with invalid access token too.

You can try to grab a new access token and refresh token again by using the endpoint below:-
