Hello,
Would like to request the availability of the created date/time stamp for tasks. Whether this can be available under the tasks, or whether the Task Log can be made available to retrieve the created timestamp
Thanks

Re: Tasks API Request
Hi Amy,
Thanks for posting this.
Could you please email me directly at [email protected] with a bit more detail? We’re in the process of streamlining our API request workflow so we can triage requests appropriately.
When you email, it would be helpful if you could include:
- A brief description of your use case and the business process it relates to (e.g. Business Intelligence, Job Management, etc.)
- The specific API endpoint(s) you’d like to see updated
- The operation(s) you’re looking to use (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
Please note that our API request process has a lead time. Each request goes through assessment, solution design, and then sequencing into an upcoming sprint, subject to priority and capacity.
Thanks, and I look forward to your email.
Best regards,
Gareth

Re: Tasks API Request
Good morning,
I have the same issue. We can see the Created At date in Simpro for a task:
But this is not present in the API - passing in CreatedAt fails. Its a critical field for task management!
