Hi Team,
Can you please share how we can fetch schedules for particular job?
Using below endpoint, we able to fetch all schedules not for particular job.
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/schedules/
Thanks
Pushkal

Re: Job Schedule
Hi Pushkal,
The endpoint you mention will give you an URL you can follow to see schedule on the job or do updates to it.
If you are looking for the specific endpoint for schedules on jobs you can find it here:
https://developer.simprogroup.com/apido ... -Schedules
Regards

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/schedules/
Just to confirm, its not possible to get schedules for job without passing section id and cost center id as per above API point?

Re: Job Schedule
Hi,
To get detailed information you need the job, section and cost center info.
If you have the job id and cost center id you should be able to search for relevant schedules using the reference field.
Try adding a parameter like this:
This should give you the schedules related to the job and cost centre, but to get all details and make changes you need to follow the url provided when retrieving the individual schedule.

Re: Job Schedule
Hi,
I managed to get jobs with all related sections and cost centers (using display=all parameter). Example:
Now, I want to check if schedules are created for these jobs.
The reference for the schedule can be created according to your suggestion {jobID}-{costCenterID}.
The references would be job1-costCenter1, job2-costCenter2, etc.
To get all schedules for all jobs with a single API call, it is supposed to be:
But this does not work.
It works for other fields, like ID, Type, Staff.ID, Date, etc.
Could you please advise how to get all schedules for multiple jobs?
Preferably with a single API call.

Re: Job Schedule
Hi nemanja-elogii,
What I recommend if to use wild search based on the Reference column.
e.g: {{domain}}/api/v1.0/companies/0/schedules/?Reference=14337%25
This will return all the schedules that the Reference start with 14337.
Hope this helps.

Re: Job Schedule
Hi,
Thank you for the quick response.
As I understand, this will still require multiple API calls to get schedules for multiple jobs.
For example, if there are two jobs with IDs 1111 and 2222, getting all schedules for these 2 jobs would require two API calls:
Is there a way to get schedules for all jobs with a single API call?
Query similar to this:
Additionally, in the same context: Is it possible to delete multiple schedules in a single API call?
The documentation explains how to remove one schedule at a time https://developer.simprogroup.com/apido ... b7f11c38ac. However, if you need to clear all schedules for an entire day, you would currently have to make separate API calls for each existing schedule. Is there a more efficient way to handle bulk deletions?

Re: Job Schedule
Hi,
I'm sorry for the missing reply. This was posted under feature requests and not our regular help channel.
It's currently not possible to search for schedules belonging to multiple jobs in one query. The same applies for DELETE, our API does not currently support deleting multiple records.
Unfortunately this requires more API calls. Hopefully these things are something that can be investigated in the future.

Re: Job Schedule
Hi,
I've noticed the API has been updated and now supports to search for schedules belonging to multiple jobs in one query.
Also creation and removal of schedules in bulk is possible.
Here is the link to the API docs
