Hi simPRO team,
When a Quote is accepted online, it doesn't trigger the Quote Edited webhook. Why is this the case? Is there a workaround?
Why doesn't simPRO webhook trigger when a Quote is accepted online?

Re: Why doesn't simPRO webhook trigger when a Quote is accepted online?
Hi,
To trigger a webhook something must be updated on the quote. When a quote is updated online check what is being changed on the quote in Simpro and make sure you subscribe to that event in you webhooks subscription.
For example if your website triggers a change in status on the quote check if you are subscribing to the status event. Or for general updates on the quote subscribe to the quote updated event.
You can test this yourself by setting up a URL that you add to your webhook subscription and test updates. For example on this webhook testing page:
https://webhook.site
