Getting internal errors - status 500

Got internal server error on accessing REST API.

Same here, just since yesterday.

In my particular case, hitting the

Code: Select all

/companies/{ID}/customers/
endpoint with

Code: Select all

Archived=in(true,false)
is now failing, but only for a couple of Simpro instances. Others are fine, or haven't had updates rolled out to them yet?

If I ask for

Code: Select all

Archived=true
or

Code: Select all

Archived=false
then they return without error, but using the in(...) statement is broken.

Hi,
Thank you both for reporting this.

I have recreated this on my side and we will create a ticket to investigate why this is suddenly happening.

Tonyo, did you do the same queries that produced errors for gavynj or did you use other search parameters causing 500 error?

Regards

My api queries are different to his.

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID"]}/schedules/{scheduleID}"

or

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/quotes/{quoteID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID"]}/schedules/{scheduleID}"

There are the likely culprits. I'm not 100% sure, I updated my logging the last time this happened to include the payload, but neglected to include the endpoint, something I'll resolve in my next release

Thank you tonyo,
These are likely different issues. I could not reproduce your errors on these endpoints so there could have been a temporary issue.
