Specific Site Primary Contact Billing Emails

Post by npahos » Tue May 07, 2024 6:10 am

Hi Guys,

I'm sorry if this is possible but I could not figure it out without having to use external tooling.

It is very common for customers to want to have billing/invoices be sent to different emails depending on the site.

I tried removing the primary account contact on the customer level and adding primary contacts in the site level but that didn't work.

Is there any way to make this possible?

Cheers,
Nick

Hi Nick
Thank you for your post.

The process you tried below that didn't work was that in the Simpro API?

If you were doing the same in Simpro, how would you do it there?
