Data bottleneck

Post by MikeB » Tue Dec 21, 2021 2:57 am

Hi Team,

I raised this concern to Simpro helpdesk and was redirected here.

We're connecting our Simpro account to https://synchub.io/ so I can connect our data into a BI platform. I don't have any issues connecting to simpro API however, I'm not able to get any Jobs data.

I was told by the SyncHub support that our Jobs endpoint appears to have hit a large number of Jobs from 8th Dec 2019. It gets overloaded after 1,4000 jobs modified in the 2 days from this date. It's also showing 0 Jobs before this date.

May I ask for your assistance in finding out what's causing the bottleneck? It seems like all jobs on and before 8th Dec 2019 were modified on that day. Is there a way to get past this hump?
