Forum rules

[Released] Ghost CustomFields

Hi

We had a customfield called "Installation Grade" which had an ID#6.

This was deleted and a new customfield called "Installation Grade" was created which has an ID#116

When viewing a job through the API, it shows both of these customfields, it also shows both when I get a list of the customfields through the API.

simPRO support always say that the API has nothing to do with them and most don't know what I'm talking about so I'm asking here. Not sure whether it is an API or a Web issue.

Still seem to be having this problem on Asset and Asset Type custom fields in particular.

Hoping a fix is still coming.

This is actually another new issue & we are working on it now.
