Forum rules

Hi!
I am trying to create a job card and add blocks. When I try to add blocks during POST I get an error message saying that Blocks is not available during POST. So I have been trying to first create the job and then update it.
Creating the job works well:
Code: Select all
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/workOrders/
and creates a job with empty blocks but when I try to patch with the job ID immediately afterwards with:
Code: Select all
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/workOrders/{jobcard['ID']}
I receive:
Code: Select all
This job is currently opened by {Me}. Please try again later.
There is a similar post in the forum about this issue if it is indeed the same but doesn't seem to have a resolution.

Update: even if I put a sleep command for 50 seconds between making the job card and trying to add the blocks I still obtain a message that I am currently have the job open.

It could be possible if you have the job opened in a browser. However I couldn't reproduce the issue on my end. Please send me your build URL and full job endpoint up to cost center, in a private message.
