[Patched] /staff off-by-one result count

[Patched] /staff off-by-one result count

Hi there,

I sometimes see /staff?pageSize=n returning at most n-1 records. When I ask for 100 per page, I get 99 records in the response.

Strangely, smaller page sizes can return n. E.g. asking for 50 records returns 50.

I'm concerned that when asking for page 2, 3, etc. that records will be missing (i.e. the 100th record with a page size of 100).

I'm happy to share customer URL via DM if needed.
