Ability to start work

Post by BrettCrowley » Mon Jun 22, 2020 1:23 am

Hi everyone,

In the simpro connect app - technicians can sign in to start a job. We want to hook this data in with another sign in service - are we able to create these records through the API?

Hello Brett,

The logic is customized to work within simPRO connect app and that functionality can not be achieved through our rest API.

Can we please get a request put in to have this added - we are using a couple of external tools to manage times and need to be able to hook in with this.

Thanks.

Unfortunately we still have no plans to implement this feature for rest API for now.
