500 - Internal server error

Forum rules

Hi again,

This is still occurring!

We are still getting 500 errors... less frequently but still enough to interrupt our business.

Please confirm if this is rectified.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the late update, we have released a few updates and hopefully that will elimiated the problem.

We have been monitoring the status of all servers in the last couple of hours and they seem to be fine.

Once again sorry for the issue and have a great weekend :)

The errors are back guys and it's very slow on the API side.

Please look into this again.
