Catalogue History

Post by Ashishs » Tue Apr 21, 2026 11:19 pm

Hi,

We are trying to do some house cleaning with the catalogue items. Basically, we want to archive any catalogue items that doesn't have any history in the last 5 years.

I cannot find and API endpoints to get the catalogue history:
https://developer.simprogroup.com/apido ... ad16b268d8

Hence, we cannot archive catalogue programatically using the API. Is there a way to query the catalogue history using the API?

If not, is the "DateModified" field in the catalogue item updated when history is updated? If so, we can use this field to archive the catalogue items depending on the date modifierd.

Regards,
Ash

Whilst not the 100% answer you're looking for - there is a report under stock that does this (something like inactive catalogue items).

I'd love to be able to do more with the API, but some things are still outside of it's abilities it's seems.
