Timesheets API Primary Key

Post by jordznz » Mon Aug 04, 2025 4:31 am

Hi,

Can we please get a Primary Key value / ID added to the Timesheets API.
At the moment, we are having to build one based on the Reference + Date + Time, which ends up breaking if the employee changes the timesheet.

Thanks

Hi Jordan,
Thank you for your suggestion.

I understand that since all the time sheets per employee are returned as an array. You want to update the response so each value in the array would have it's own ID as well as the existing fields?

Can you please post your suggestion with relevant details in our Simpro Product Portal found in the Simpro help section.

Hi,

Yes, that is correct. This would enable us to identify when changes are made to a record, so we know what record we need to update in the corresponding platform.

Thanks
