Hi,
If you are getting multiple webhooks for the same action please double check that you don't have multiple subscriptions with the same events. We sometimes see that there can be several subscriptions to the same events going to the same callback URL.
If this is not the case please send me a message with your build details, the webhook events received multiple times and their corresponding job or similar and we can check.

Multiple 'Created' webhooks.

Hi,
I can see multiple webhooks sent for Job 4086 created.
It looks like we have received error code 28, Operation timed out from your callback url.
If we don't receive 200 or 201 we will try to resend up to 5 times.
For job 4085 and 4084 you have returned 201 Success so it has only been sent once. Se if you can see any difference for these on your side or why it has not returned success.

Thanks for the reply. I can see there are a couple of differences for 4086, so I will look into things my end.
Just so I know - what is the timeout value your end? Just so I can make sure we get a reply quick enough.

This issue still seems to be happening. I have gotten 4 webhook calls for an updated customer.
I do have a few webhooks setup, but only one of them is ENABLED.
The simPRO log for the customer shows only 1 update at the given time (09:49 AM), but I received 4 different webhook calls, all for the same customer update, all within a few seconds of each other as shown in my logs for the webhooks

Could you please provide some more information in a private message and we will be able to check our logs.
Please send your build details, the subscription ID for the duplicate webhook and the customer ID's of affected customers.
