[Released]List all job work orders query issue

Post by brendonv » Mon Jul 03, 2023 1:46 pm

Hi,

I have an application that retrieves job work orders for a specific job. The endpoint has recently (within the last 2 weeks) stopped working and now responds with a Request failed with status code 500

The endpoint I am accessing is a get request to:

Code: Select all

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobWorkOrders/?Project.ID={jobID}
I can retrieve a specific work order using just the ID indicating query parameters still work on the jobWorkOrders endpoint

Code: Select all

/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobWorkOrders/?ID={jobWorkOrderID}
Is there a reason the nested Project.ID query filter has stopped working?
According to the example docs nested queries are valid:

https://developer.simprogroup.com/apido ... -resources
Search in nested columns by specifying Column1.Column2:

Code: Select all

GET /api/v1.0/companies/?Address.Line2=%25NSW%25

Hi brendonv,
Thank you for reporting this.

We will investigate to see what has been changed on this endpoint and why your query is no longer working.
