Webhooks not working

Forum rules

Webhooks not working

Hello

We have a client who's web platform has not received any webhooks after 2023-01-31 15:20:00 NZDT.
There have been no changes to the clients web application.
The webhooks are old and are to a HTTP URL (not HTTPS) but I have not see anything that says they need to be HTTPS.
We have changed it to HTTPS anyway but no change.
Clicking the "Test subscription" link does not cause a web request to hit the URL.

We are led to believe from the live chat that there are others having the same issue but the status page has no mention of it.

Can you please provide an update if there is an ongoing issue?

We are aware of the problems with webhooks and are investigation why it's currently not working for all builds.

Thanks Sindre for your response and acknowledging that you have a known issue.
It would be great if you updated your Simpro Status page in cases like this so that others are aware that you have a known issue.

Webhooks should be working as normal again for all clients.

Thanks for confirming that it is now resolved.
Are the webhooks that should have been sent queued and will be sent over time? Or are the webhooks that should have been generated now lost?
