[API-288] Access to Audits via API

Post by Crennotech » Thu Sep 27, 2018 11:29 am

Hi,
Is there any way to have access to Audits via API.
I would like to integrate the Connect App Audits to an app I am working on and mark the Audit as complete via API.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Kiran,

Thank you for your message, Audits feature is in our to-do list, however, it will require a bit of work to fully implement it so we currently do not have any ETA.

Is there any particuar features/functions that you would like to use first? perhaps we can get those one done first if they are not huge. ;)

cheers,

Rick

Hi Rick,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
It's great to hear that you are planning to implement the API for Audit.

First and foremost API I need is the ability to mark a particular Job Audit as completed in the workflow.
We have our own application for conducting Audits which is outside Connect app, however we still need the 'Pre/Post' Audis steps in the workflow within 'Connect' app as an item. But they don't need to complete the Audit in 'Connect', they will use different application to complete Audits and comes back to the 'Connect' app to continue to next steps.

I hope it's clear.

Kiran

I also have a request for the audits to be made available via the api. In particular I have been asked for access to the questionnaire responses. Is this still in the pipeline?
