New Jobs/Customers/Sites Not Triggering Zapier

Once again our long-standing Zaps, triggered by adding a new job/customer/site in simPRO are not working. I have tested another triggered Zap (triggered by Google Sheets, not simPRO) and it is working fine. So I am assuming it is a simPRO issue. And once again simPRO support does not want to log a bug for me, instead insisting that I contact Zapier or post on the developer forum. So here I am, hoping someone will see this and can get the issue fixed.
As previously mentioned, these are Zaps that have existed for a long time (several years) and no recent changes have been made to them and no new Zaps have been recently created.
