I suspect this is a bug:

Once a Vendor Order (PO) has been Approved, adding additional lines or changing line item quantities does not change the DateModified value of the Vendor Order. Oddly, changing the Private Notes field will update the DateModified.

Thanks for reporting this. I will look into it and see if we can reproduce the behaviour.

Could you please send me a private message with you build details, the endpoint and the POST/PATCH request you are using to update the data.
