Hi there,

I am trying to sync catalogs and their inventory values to an external system. The SimPRO account has >24,000 catalog items so we only want to sync products that have changed recently, or their inventory has changed recently.

I can easily get a list of modified catalog items using the If-Modified-Since header, however I can't find a way to get catalog items whose inventory has recently been updated.

I have run a couple of tests and it looks like adding inventory for a catalog item doesn't change the DateModified field.

I also tried to use the /api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/storageDevices/{storageDeviceID}/stock/ endpoint, but that doesn't seem to support the If-Modified-Since header.

Is it possible to get a list of catalog items whose inventory have changed from a specific date?

Hi,

You need to create a purchase order & receipt to update catalog items in inventory, so the stock itself will not be updated, but the quantity of the item in the inventory, and this endpoint is actually getting data from multiple tables, that is the reason why we didn't provide If-Modified-Since feature in this endpoint.
