Can we please change the If-Modified-Since header to accept a standard datetime stamp like the result from DateModified? It's quite clunky to have to build a string for something that should be a globally defined format. Obviously any update would need to ensure the current formats are still accepted for backwards compatibility.

A reasonable request. Not sure why we chose the rss date format and not sure why no one ever complained about it.
