Add timestamp to the Job "CompletedDate"

Post by michelle » Wed Aug 05, 2020 3:56 pm

Hi guys,

Would it be possible to get a timestamp added to the Jobs "CompletedDate" value? That field could be very useful for KPI reporting but without a timestamp it would be hard to see if say a four hour call out time was achieved.

Much obliged 8-)

Hey simPRO Support,

Is it possible for "CompletedDate" to be a datetime?
As the previous person posted, this is essential for all the SLA/KPI reports we have in our organization.
Could you please advise?

Hi Sergio,
Thank you for your suggestion.

Our API is reflecting the data available in Simpro Premium. The completed date is displayed and stored as date stamp in Simpro so we are unable to add a timestamp that would be valid in the API.
