Hi everyone,

We are writing to inform you of an important change in our process for handling API-related issues. Moving forward, all API bugs will be redirected through our support process instead of being reported on this forum.

What's Changing?

- API bugs will no longer be reported or handled through this forum.
- All API bug reports should now be submitted through our official support channels. (https://helpdesk.simprogroup.com/)

Why Are We Making This Change?

This change is designed to improve our response to API issues:

1. Better support availability : hours available here
2. Accurate Prioritization: Support staff are trained to assess business impact and set appropriate priorities for each issue.
3. Rapid Infrastructure Response: Our team can quickly address any infrastructure-related problems.
4. Enhanced Traceability: This new process allows for better tracking and communication throughout the resolution of your issue.

How to Report API Bugs ?
Please refer to our FAQ for detailed instructions on how to report a bug: API FAQs and Bug Reporting Guide

What About Other Topics?
This forum will continue to be the place for API help and feature requests. Only bug reports are being redirected.
We appreciate your cooperation as we implement this change to serve you better. If you have any questions about this new process, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
