[INQUIRY] Download Attachments

[INQUIRY] Download Attachments

Hi All,

We are now working on attachments but we cannot find how to download an attachment in SimPRO API documentation. Also, the URL path of the attachment is not included in "Retrieve Details for specific attachment" endpoint.

Is there a way we can download an attachment?

Hi Nel,

Thanks for your message, currently we do not support download attachment from forms if that's something you after, however, you should be able to access attachments/folders from various routes, e.g.:

in order to get the full attachment in base64 format, please append &display=Base64 in the url (sorry for not mention in the documentation)
