[Released] Issue on Updating Work Order Asset
Posted: Fri Aug 02, 2019 6:43 am
Using the call:
/api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/sections/{sectionID}/costCenters/{costCenterID}/workOrders/{workOrderID}/assets/{assetID}
I'm able to submit a test result on that asset, but when I navigate to the asset's test history, that entry does not have the employee that was assigned to that job. Every other field seems to be fine. Upon clicking the test result entry, it comes up with the error "The system encountered an error trying to load the specified Jobcard. Please close this window."
If I go to view the work order through the employee's schedule then navigate to Assets, the update is not reflected here. Updating the test result (No Test/Pass/Fail) in this window seems to fix the test result, and I can now see the employee associated with the test result and view the work order when clicking the test result itself with no error (however, I'd prefer to have it done purely through the API).
