Search across multiple columns (or instead of and)

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to search multiple columns simultaneously and receive items with any matching columns instead of only items where all columns match? So for example, if I want to search both Name & PartNo columns for the wildcard %25Bracket%25 and receive items where the word Bracket appears in either Name or PartNo?

I know this could be done with multiple queries, but if there is a way to achieve this in a single query I would love to know.

Thanks

Hi,

Currently there is no way in the API to get resources based on the criteria you mentioned, the more fields you define, it will basically just start to filter results for you instead of responding with all possible matches.

Thanks.

Does the API have an endpoint for batch requests, or if not would that be a feasible addition? I noticed the /multiple for post and patch requests... it would be awesome if something like that was an option for get requests.

Hi zzbots,

Thank you for your message, unfortunately we do not have any plan to implement search multiple/batch feature at the moment, however, we will look into it in the near future if we have many developers request for it.

cheers,

Rick
