Hi,

We are receiveing the webhook on the initial BECS Payment but the isPayment: False is returned which is correct until the payment is cleared. However when the payment is cleared and the isPayment: sets to True, there is no webhook firing.

Is this the right channel to report this or through the support pages?

I'm not sure I understand the context and which webhook subscription you are referring to.

Our standard webhook for Payments will trigger when new customer payments are created, updated or deleted in Simpro or through the API. If you believe it's not working correctly please create a case with our help desk and they will try to replicate and raise a ticket if necessary.

Please elaborate on what you mean by a BECS payment, what webhook subscriptions you have activated and how you trigger it. If Simpro is being updated through the API or the Premium UI.

Please include your build name, any relevant API request bodies or screen shots.
