Automatic trigger: invoice 'sent'

I've tried searching for this, and I can't find that anyone else has raised this issue. The automatic trigger for 'invoice sent' is activated even when the send button is not hit when sending an invoice. This is really annoying as sometimes I might forget to hit the send button (the joys of doing admin late at night after a long day on the tools).

I can't even understand how this automatic trigger is being activated so that I can establish a workaround in case I forget to send an invoice.

Why is the status being changed to 'Invoice Sent' when no action has been taken to send the invoice?! Surely simply creating the invoice isn't a legitimate reason for an invoice to be labelled as 'Sent' when it hasn't been sent?!

Hi cmelecqld,
As you are referring to a send button here I assume that you are referring to the create and send invoice workflow in Simpro Premium?

This forum is dedicated to our rest API. As for all possible defects in Simpro and out API please create a case with our Support Helpdesk and they will work to trouble shoot the issues and create a ticket if necessary.
