Hi Simpro Support,

We are currently unable to open some PDF files within Simpro Mobile. The app displays the following error message:

“There was a problem opening that file.”

The same PDF files open correctly on the desktop version of Simpro, and they were previously working fine on Simpro Mobile as well.

Would you be able to advise what might be causing this issue or if there are any known problems currently affecting PDF viewing on the mobile app?

We also have an existing support case raised for this issue: Case 1404994.
