Hi,

Is it possible to disable the locking of Vendor Orders? We are running into issues where we are trying to update the Approval Stage & Status of Vendor Orders from an external platform however, the record could be left open by a UI user.

Example Error:

Hi there,

Unfortunately this concurrency lock is set within the premium suite and is outside the scope of where our REST API lies. I recognise the value in having this as a feature so I'd direct you to email our Product Manger here: [email protected] or if you haven't already I'd recommend signing up to our partners program.
