Hi team,

The List all job work orders endpoint is running really slow. On the UK enterprise sandbox, I ran: {{baseUrl}}/api/v1.0/companies/:companyID/jobWorkOrders/?pageSize=250&page=1&columns=ID,DateModified

I'm consistently getting response times of 9-10 seconds - even with just those two columns. Reducing the page size to the default 30 is still c. 2 seconds.

Anything we can do on this endpoint?

Hi John,
I just tested the endpoint on my side using the same parameters and I'm not seeing the same performance issue. The response time looks normal from my end.
Would you be able to try the same request in another environment and see if the behaviour is consistent there? That might help us determine whether it's specific to the UK enterprise sandbox.

Thanks for coming back to me. I've tried in another environment and get the same issue:
15.19s response time on 250 records
2.5s response time on 30 records

Hi there,

Just attempted the request you're having trouble with on a UK, US and AU based builds and was unable to recreate the lengthy response time. Due to the inability to recreate this locally its very difficult for us to pinpoint your specific issue with the UK sandbox and there could be plethora of reasons as to why you are specifically facing this (hardware, connection, VPNs etc.).

If possible what I'd suggest is trying on another device all together and if the issue still persists, I would recommend raising a bug ticket with support here: https://helpdesk.simprogroup.com/#create-a-case
