It is send Json post data like this:

This indicates that the Simpro API is working. However, I want to Map the details of the new contact added on simpro and I can find a way to see the simpro fields (name, address, etc...) on Json post data of the webhook.

Can you help me to attain this one?

Hi,

From the webhook payload you should get the contact ID of the newly created contact. With that ID, you need to make an API call to get more details.

will simpro be exploring the ability for webhooks to list deltas? for example instead of jsut saying a job status was updated, saying it was updated from X to Y.

This would be much more useful.
