Hi there,

This endpoint always returns a zero value for revised/revized costs: https://COMPANYNAME.simprosuite.com/api ... perations/?

Is there a reason for this? Am I missing something?

Hi Ben,

When using this endpoint, it is critical that the query parameters are correctly set or else it will default to the most recent objects, leading to unexpected results.

There are also some common pitfalls with this such as:

Job operations without costs: Verify that each job operation has a cost associated with it. If not, this will also return zeros.

Revised costs not calculated: Ensure that revised costs have been calculated for the job operations. This might require running a report or updating the job status in SimPro.

Please note there is a bug in the documentation caused by our latest release, where the query params are doubling up. We apologise for this inconvenience and are currently working on a fix for this.

Hi,
We're running into the same issues for a few clients where their Simpro native Cost to Complete OperationsTC Operations reports are showing Revised value, but it's returning 0 for all the jobs via the API (any of the revised values).

Can you clarify what you mean calculated by job operations? The client is working as per normal and have been able to see revised values in the CTC report on SImpro. So how can we also see the same numbers via the Operations view by the API? Is there something they need to do in their Simpro? Or soemthing that we can do via API?
