Merging sites through the API ?

Forum rules

Merging sites through the API ?

Hi Team,
From the user interface , admin users have the ability to merge sites together,

Just checking on the documentation and I couldn't find this, is there a way to merge sites through the api ?

Or alternatively we have to individually move the assets / site contacts etc to another site and then once everything related is moved then delete the duplicate site ?

Hi,

Unfortunately, we don't have such any way of merging sites through API. You can probably follow your proposed alternative solution to update site A from the fetched details of site B.

Hey simPRO API Team,

Does this remain the case in 2023? IE Is there any preferred or simpler way to merge multiple sites via the simPRO API?
